How to use the KRXY website, and the limits of what the research record means.

KRXY is an independent AI research project. The website at https://krxy.org is a public record of that work. It is not a commercial AI inference service, and it is not a registered company or a charity. MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED, company number 15304261, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, operates the site. Contact info@krxy.org.

You may read the pages and quote them with attribution. You may not present the project as your own, or scrape it in a way that disrupts the service. Text and diagrams published here are part of the research record. Journal articles keep their authors, dates and canonical addresses on Hashnode. A link to another site does not make KRXY responsible for that site.

Figures, timings and hardware notes mean what they say in the entry that recorded them. They are not a general benchmark, a promise of uptime, or a promise of model quality. The site can be unavailable while it is changed or repaired. Nothing here says that decentralised training is solved, or that it is faster, cheaper or more reliable than another approach.

The Research Support section below is part of these terms. It names who receives a payment, what the payment does not buy, and how to ask for a refund.

These terms are published so visitors can see how the site is run. They are not a solicitor's draft and they are not legal advice.

Research Support

KRXY is an independent artificial intelligence research initiative. Voluntary Research Support payments are received and administered by MIK Industries Limited (Company No. 15304261).

Contributions help support KRXY's ongoing research and development activities. They do not purchase goods or services, confer ownership or membership rights, or guarantee any particular research outcome.

KRXY is not a registered charity, and contributions are not eligible for Gift Aid.

If you have made a contribution in error or wish to request a refund, contact info@krxy.org with your payment details. Requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the published payment terms. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Nothing on this page removes rights you have under UK law.

Payments are received by MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED (company number 15304261), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. MIK Industries Limited is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not added to these payments. This page does not describe the payments as exempt, zero-rated, or outside the scope of VAT.
